Ingredients
  

Watermelon Salsa
  • 4 cups watermelon, diced
  • 1 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 jalapeño finely chopped optional for heat
Cinnamon Tortilla Chips
  • 4 tortillas corn or flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Method
 

Prepare Watermelon Salsa
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine diced watermelon, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and jalapeño. Mix well and set aside.
Make Cinnamon Tortilla Chips
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brush each tortilla with melted butter and sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Cut tortillas into triangles and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Serve
  1. Serve the watermelon salsa with the cinnamon tortilla chips.
