Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients
  • 1 cup Cashews soaked
  • 1/4 cup Nutritional yeast
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 cup Coconut oil melted
Aging Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon Probiotic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Water

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Blend the soaked cashews, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and melted coconut oil until smooth.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a fermentation container.
  3. Mix in the probiotic powder and water.
  4. Cover the container with cheesecloth and let it sit at room temperature for 24-48 hours to ferment.
Aging
  1. After fermentation, shape the cheese into a round form and place it in the refrigerator for at least 1 week to age.
