Ingredients
  

Meatballs
  • 1 lb Ground Turkey
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
Couscous
  • 1 cup Couscous
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth or water
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice

Method
 

Prepare Meatballs
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
Prepare Couscous
  1. In a saucepan, bring chicken broth to a boil.
  2. Stir in couscous, olive oil, and lemon juice.
  3. Cover and remove from heat; let sit for 5 minutes.
  4. Fluff with a fork before serving.
