Ingredients
  

Cake
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
Milk Mixture
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup whole milk
Topping
  • 1 cup heavy cream whipped
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

Prepare the Cake
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and baking powder. Mix well.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and melted butter. Combine with dry ingredients.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 30 minutes.
Soak the Cake
  1. In a separate bowl, mix evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, and whole milk.
  2. Once the cake is baked, let it cool slightly, then poke holes all over the top.
  3. Pour the milk mixture over the cake, allowing it to soak in.
Prepare the Topping
  1. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  2. Spread the whipped cream over the soaked cake.
