Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 2 cups grapes seedless
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup cheese shredded
Toppings
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup salsa

Method
 

Prepare the filling
  1. Combine grapes, sugar, and cinnamon in a slow cooker. Cook on low for 4 hours.
  2. Once cooked, blend the mixture until smooth.
Assemble the taquitos
  1. Warm the tortillas in a pan. Fill each tortilla with the grape mixture and cheese, then roll tightly.
  2. Place the rolled taquitos on a baking sheet.
Bake
