Ingredients
  

Steak and Vegetables
  • 1 lb Flank steak sliced
  • 1 Red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 Green bell pepper sliced
  • 1 Onion sliced
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Fajita seasoning
Toppings
  • 1 cup Cooked rice
  • 1 cup Black beans cooked
  • 1 cup Corn cooked
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 cup Avocado sliced
  • 1 cup Cheese shredded

Method
 

Prepare the Steak and Vegetables
  1. Marinate the flank steak with olive oil and fajita seasoning.
  2. Heat the grill and cook the steak for about 5-7 minutes on each side.
  3. In a skillet, sauté the sliced bell peppers and onion until tender.
Assemble the Bowls
  1. In each bowl, layer cooked rice, black beans, corn, and the sautéed vegetables.
  2. Slice the cooked steak and place it on top.
  3. Add salsa, avocado, and cheese as toppings.
