Ingredients
  

Turkey
  • 1 whole Turkey about 12-14 pounds
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil for drizzling
  • 1 tablespoon Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Black Pepper to taste
  • 2 teaspoons Dried Herbs such as thyme and rosemary
Stuffing
  • 4 cups Bread Cubes stale or toasted
  • 1 cup Cranberries dried
  • 1 cup Pecans chopped
  • 1 cup Celery diced
  • 1 cup Onion diced
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 tablespoons Butter melted

Method
 

Prepare Turkey
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Pat the turkey dry and place it on a sheet pan.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt, pepper, and herbs.
  4. Roast in the oven for about 60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Prepare Stuffing
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine bread cubes, cranberries, pecans, celery, and onion.
  2. Pour in chicken broth and melted butter, mix well.
  3. Spread stuffing around the turkey on the sheet pan during the last 30 minutes of roasting.
