  • 4 pieces red bell peppers roasted
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the red bell peppers on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes until the skin is charred.
  3. Remove from oven and let cool, then peel the skin off.
  4. In a blender, combine the roasted peppers, olive oil, garlic, salt, black pepper, and balsamic vinegar.
  5. Blend until smooth.
