Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 2 pounds boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce your favorite brand
Potatoes
  • 4 medium baking potatoes

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken
  1. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker and cover with barbecue sauce. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
Bake the Potatoes
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash and poke holes in the baking potatoes. Bake for 45-60 minutes until tender.
Serve
  1. Once the chicken is cooked, shred it with two forks and serve it on the baked potatoes.
