Ingredients
  

Seafood
  • 1 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
Vegetables
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables frozen or fresh
  • 1 cup green onions chopped
Rice
  • 3 cups cooked rice preferably day-old
Sauces
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Seasonings
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger minced
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Heat the skillet over medium heat and add the sesame oil.
  2. Add the garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in the mixed vegetables and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked rice, soy sauce, salt, and pepper, stir well to combine.
  6. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Garnish with green onions before serving.
