Berries
  • 2 cups mixed berries fresh or frozen
Cream Base
  • 1 cup heavy cream whipped
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

Prepare the Berry Mixture
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mixed berries and mash them slightly with a fork.
Make the Ice Cream Base
  1. In another bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Combine and Freeze
  1. Gently fold the berry mixture into the cream base until evenly distributed.
  2. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
