Chocolate Layer
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest
  • 1 tablespoon tequila
Toppings
  • 1/2 cup crushed pretzels
  • 1/4 cup lime-flavored salt
  • 1/4 cup candy lime slices

Method
 

Prepare the Baking Sheet
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melt the Chocolate
  1. In a mixing bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
Add Flavors
  1. Stir in the lime zest and tequila into the melted chocolate.
Spread and Top
  1. Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly. Sprinkle with crushed pretzels, lime-flavored salt, and candy lime slices.
Chill
  1. Refrigerate until set, about 1 hour. Break into pieces to serve.
