Ingredients
  

Mushrooms
  • 500 grams mushrooms sliced
Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds toasted
  • 2 stalks green onions chopped

Method
 

Cooking the Mushrooms
  1. Heat the skillet over medium heat and add the sliced mushrooms.
  2. Cook until mushrooms are browned and tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar to the skillet.
  4. Stir well to coat the mushrooms in the sauce and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
Serving
  1. Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
  2. Serve hot as a main dish or side.
