  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup grated cheese Parmesan or mozzarella

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the tapioca flour and salt.
  3. In a saucepan, heat the milk and vegetable oil until just boiling.
  4. Pour the hot milk mixture over the tapioca flour and mix until smooth.
  5. Add the eggs and grated cheese, mixing until well combined.
  6. Scoop the dough onto a baking sheet, spacing them evenly.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
