Ingredients
  

Nuts and Seeds
  • 1 cup hazelnuts toasted
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds toasted
  • 1 tablespoon coriander seeds toasted
  • 1 tablespoon cumin seeds toasted
Spices
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Dukkah
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread the hazelnuts and sesame seeds on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 10 minutes.
  3. In a food processor, combine the toasted nuts, seeds, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Pulse until the mixture is coarsely ground.
  5. Allow to cool before serving.
