Ingredients
  

Tart Base
  • 1 sheet Puff pastry thawed
Filling
  • 2 cups Onions sliced
  • 1 cup Goat cheese crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme fresh or dried
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Onions
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add sliced onions.
  2. Cook onions, stirring occasionally, until caramelized, about 20-25 minutes.
  3. Add thyme, salt, and pepper to taste.
Assemble the Tarts
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares.
  3. Place pastry squares on a baking sheet and top with caramelized onions and goat cheese.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
