Ingredients
  

Beef
  • 2 pounds Flank steak thinly sliced
Stuffing
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs preferably Italian
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
Sauce
  • 2 cups Tomato sauce homemade or store-bought
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano dried
  • 1 teaspoon Basil dried

Method
 

Prepare the Beef
  1. Pound the flank steak slices to about 1/4 inch thickness using a meat mallet.
Make the Stuffing
  1. In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Assemble the Braciole
  1. Place a spoonful of stuffing on each slice of beef, roll tightly, and secure with toothpicks or kitchen twine.
Cook the Braciole
  1. In a skillet, brown the braciole on all sides, then transfer to a baking dish.
  2. Pour tomato sauce over the braciole and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 2 hours.
