Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
Filling
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 8 ounces baby Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Method
 

Prepare the crust
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
Make the filling
  1. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the shredded baby Swiss cheese, sour cream, eggs, lemon juice, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well combined.
Bake the cheesecake
  1. Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until set. Allow to cool before serving.
