Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 1 cup glutinous rice flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
Filling
  • 1 cup sweet red bean paste
Coating
  • 1 cup sesame seeds
For Frying
  • 4 cups oil for deep frying

Method
 

Prepare the Dough
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine glutinous rice flour and sugar. Gradually add water and knead until a smooth dough forms.
Form the Balls
  1. Take a small piece of dough, flatten it, and place a spoonful of sweet red bean paste in the center. Seal the dough around the filling and roll it into a ball.
Coat with Sesame Seeds
  1. Roll each ball in sesame seeds until fully coated.
Fry the Balls
  1. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the sesame balls until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
