  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. 2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add pumpkin puree, sugar, eggs (one at a time), cinnamon, and nutmeg; blend until creamy.
  3. 3. Pour filling into the crust and bake for about 45 minutes or until the center is slightly jiggly.
  4. 4. Cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least four hours or overnight.
