  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and coarsely chop the fresh spinach.
  2. In a skillet, add a splash of water and bring to a simmer. Cook the spinach until wilted (about 3 minutes). Drain excess water and let cool.
  3. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Stir in mozzarella, cheddar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Gently fold in the cooked spinach until evenly combined.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish; spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top. Let cool slightly before serving.
