  • 34 medium sweet potatoes (about 2 lbs), peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop sweet potatoes into 1-inch cubes.
  2. In a large bowl, mix sweet potatoes with brown sugar, cinnamon, melted butter, and half of the chopped pecans until well coated.
  3. Lightly grease the slow cooker and transfer the sweet potato mixture into it.
