  • 1 medium zucchini, sliced into half-moons
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Rinse shrimp and fish under cold water; pat dry.
