  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tsp rosewater
  • 1 cup Turkish delight, cut into small pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a greased springform pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth, then gradually add sugar while mixing until well blended.
  3. In another bowl, whip heavy cream to soft peaks, then gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Stir in rosewater carefully and fold in Turkish delight pieces.
  5. Pour filling over the cooled crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
  6. Remove from pan, slice, and serve chilled with extra Turkish delight or fresh berries.
