  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sake (or rice wine vinegar)
  • 2 tbsp mirin
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and gather all ingredients.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, green onions, garlic, ginger, panko breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
