  • 1 cup chopped pecans (100g)
  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup (80ml)
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon (2g)
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter (30g)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and cube the sweet potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Toss with melted butter, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Spread the sweet potatoes evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and roast for 25-30 minutes until tender.
  4. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the remaining butter, then add chopped pecans and maple syrup. Stir continuously for about 5-7 minutes until they are coated and caramelized.
