  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Peel and chop sweet potatoes into chunks. Boil in salted water for 15-20 minutes until tender. Drain and cool slightly.
  3. In a mixing bowl, mash sweet potatoes until smooth. Stir in melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, mix chopped pecans, brown sugar, flour, melted butter, and cinnamon to form the streusel topping.
