  • 2 tbsp sake
  • 2 tbsp mirin
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients. If necessary, slice the beef thinly against the grain and rinse shirataki noodles under warm water.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sake, mirin, and brown sugar to create the sauce.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add a splash of oil. Sear the sliced beef until browned.
  4. Add vegetables and tofu cubes to the skillet; stir to combine.
  5. Pour the sauce over the meat and veggies. Add enough water or broth to cover most ingredients.
