  • 1 cup ricotta cheese

  • 2 cups basil vodka sauce (store-bought or homemade)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Boil salted water in a large pot, cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente (9-11 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until combined.
  4. Generously fill each pasta shell with the ricotta-spinach mixture and place them seam-side up in the baking dish.
