  • 1 cup carrots, diced
  • 1 cup peas (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 2 sheets puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 egg, whisked for egg wash

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a muffin tin with nonstick spray.
