  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup low-sodium beef broth

  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
