  3. In another bowl, mix milk, softened butter, eggs, and rose water until smooth.
  4. Gradually fold the wet ingredients into the dry mixture until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter evenly into prepared pans and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Allow to cool for 10 minutes in the pan before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
