  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup water (as per package instructions)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine red velvet cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water. Mix until smooth.
  2. Pour batter into a greased baking pan and bake for about 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool completely.
  3. Once cooled, crumble the cake into fine pieces in a large bowl. Add softened cream cheese and powdered sugar; mix until fully combined.
  4. Roll mixture into bite-sized balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler until smooth. Dip each truffle ball into melted chocolate and return it to the parchment paper to harden.
