  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  3. Mix in the peanut butter, sugar, eggs, and salt until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour and baking soda.
  5. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the banana mixture until just combined; do not overmix.
  6. Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan. Drop dollops of peanut butter on top and swirl with a knife. Pour in remaining batter and repeat.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes until golden brown; check doneness with a toothpick.
