  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8-inch springform pan.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter; press into the bottom of the pan. Bake for 10 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth; gradually add sugar. Mix in vanilla extract and fold in peach slices.
  4. Pour mixture over cooled crust and bake for 45-50 minutes until slightly jiggly in the center.
  5. Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least four hours before serving.
