  • 2 teaspoons agar agar powder
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • ½ cup sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup pandan juice (made from about 10 fresh pandan leaves blended with water)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pandan Juice: Blend pandan leaves with water until finely chopped. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve to extract the vibrant green juice.
  2. Combine Agar Agar: In a saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Add agar agar powder and stir continuously until fully dissolved.
  3. Mix Ingredients: Reduce heat and add coconut milk and sugar to the agar mixture, simmering gently for about five minutes.
  4. Add Pandan Juice: Stir in the pandan juice until well combined and heated through.
  5. Pour into Molds: Carefully pour the mixture into molds of your choice and allow to cool at room temperature before refrigerating.
