  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 large yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh sage, chopped
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
