  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone inside if available.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about a quarter-inch thick.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced mushrooms and minced garlic; sauté until golden brown (about 5 minutes).
