  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup chopped vegetables (spinach, bell peppers, onions)
  • ½ cup cooked bacon or diced ham (optional)
  • 12 mini pie crusts (store-bought)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the chopped vegetables until tender, about 5 minutes. Add bacon or ham if using.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk; season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place pie crusts in muffin tins. Fill each crust with sautéed veggies and meat if using, then pour the egg mixture until just full.
  5. Sprinkle cheese on top of each quiche.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
