  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup lime juice (about 2 limes)
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. Remove giblets from the turkey, rinse under cold water, and pat dry.
  3. 3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, lime juice, cilantro, cumin, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
