  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a tart pan.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Sauté sliced leeks until soft (about 8-10 minutes). Season with salt and pepper.
