  • 3 lbs lamb shoulder
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tsp cumin

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper. Rub the marinade generously on the lamb.
  3. Place the marinated lamb in a roasting pan and add fresh rosemary around it.
