  • 1/2 cup kiwifruit puree
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (softened)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Sift almond flour and powdered sugar together in a bowl until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk egg whites until foamy; gradually add granulated sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.
