  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder (for the filling)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, instant yeast, granulated sugar, and salt. Gradually add warm water while stirring to form a soft dough. Knead until smooth.
  2. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about one hour or until doubled in size.
  3. Prepare the filling by mixing brown sugar, chopped nuts, and cinnamon in another bowl.
  4. Once risen, punch down the dough and divide it into six equal portions. Flatten each piece slightly, place a spoonful of filling in the center, and fold edges over.
  5. Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook each pancake seam-side down for about three minutes per side until golden brown.
