  1. Slice off the top and bottom of the pineapple. Remove the outer skin and cut it into thick rings or spears.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle this mixture generously over both sides of the pineapple slices.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F/200°C).
