  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes if using.
  2. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and stir in the minced garlic. Simmer for about 2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp with the melted garlic butter, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until well-coated.
  4. Thread 5 to 7 shrimp onto each skewer.
  5. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F). Lightly grease the grill grates.
  6. Grill the skewers for 2-3 minutes per side until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
