  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup eggnog (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes until lightly golden.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, then mix in sour cream.
  3. Add eggs one at a time on low speed, mixing just until incorporated.
  4. Stir in eggnog, nutmeg, and cinnamon until well blended.
  5. Pour filling over the crust and bake for about 60 minutes or until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Turn off the oven and let it cool inside for an hour.
  6. Refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight before serving with whipped cream.
