  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 28 oz canned whole peeled tomatoes
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onions until translucent (about 5 minutes), then add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
