  • 8 oz fresh mushrooms (button or cremini), sliced
  • 1/2 cup dry Marsala wine
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, divided
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Clean and slice the mushrooms into thick pieces.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
