  • 1 cup strong brewed Earl Grey tea (2 tea bags or 2 tsp loose leaf)
  • 6 oz ladyfingers
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Brew strong Earl Grey tea and let it cool.
  2. In a bowl, mix mascarpone cheese and sugar until smooth. Whip heavy cream separately until stiff peaks form, then fold into the mascarpone mixture.
  3. Briefly dip ladyfingers in cooled tea and layer half in a serving dish.
  4. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers. Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and remaining mascarpone.
  5. Cover and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  6. Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
